Felix Sturm will likely get another crack at Fedor ChudinovYes, it’s pretty strange, and right now, it looks like we’ll all going to be treated to a completely unnecessary sequal. Despite Felix Sturm’s past three performances reading 2 defeats, 1 draw, the German Super Middleweight will be getting another crack at capturing his old WBA world title back.

Fedor Chudinov, who recently punished a brave Frank Buglioni for 12 rounds, has agreed to rematch Sturm. Hey, this must really be one of those ‘makes dollars, makes sense’ fights, cos’ I can’t imagine anyone outside of Germany really wanting to witness this pairing…again.

In their first encounter back in May, Chudinov captured Sturm’s WBA title via Split Decision. As the result suggests, obviously Sturm held his own, but really there’s no reason to see them go at it for the second time.

Buglioni came nowhere close to achieving a Split Decision, but his efforts made the affair a heck of a lot more exciting than Chudinov vs Sturm. Personally, I’d rather see Chudinov vs Buglioni II.

Anyway, I regress. It’s probably gonna’ happen. So, you know…I’m dealing with it. Sort of.

What are your thoughts on Fedor Chudinov vs Felix Sturm II, fight fans? Warmly received or a momentum-killer for the fast-moving Chudinov?
