Round 9: Pascal boxing well in opening minute, moving well, picking his shots. Pascal circles ring, fleet footed. Clips Gonzalez with left-hook. Gonzalez comes on strong, throws flurry, can’t nail Pascal who soon ties him up. Pascal too schooled in surviving, making himself small target. Gonzalez, 10-9 (86-85)

Round 10: Final round. Gonzalez desperately trying to nail Pascal, but can’t find him flush. Pascal finally finds a clean left-hook. Pascal jab. Pascal bossing his foe! Leather flying in final seconds, Pascal lands the more eye-catching blows. Pascal, 10-9 (96-94)

Round 1: All action stuff, Barrera looking very dangerous with thudding punches, like a Light Heavyweight George Foreman. Zoulikha landing counters, but taking the more punishment. Zoulikha, 10-9

Round 2: Big round for Barrera – scores a knockdown from a hard right-hand, and then bosses his foe for remainder of the round. Barrera, 10-9 (20-17)

Round 3: Barrera is taking a lot of punishment, but he’s one gutsy fighter. This-is-a-fight. Both men loading up with hard, hard shots. Barrera, 10-9 (30-26)

Round 4: Wow! Zoulikha wants this, marches forward and starts unloading. Fan-friendly war unfolding. Barrera still mightily dangerous. Left-hooks from Barrera. Zoulikha working well inside. Zoulikha has exceptional punch resistance as he takes some of Barrera’s best shots. Barrera, 10-9 (40-35)

Round 5: Barrera tears into Zoulikha in opening seconds, can’t take him out. Zoulikha one tough fighter, but something has to give sooner or later. Accidental head butt occurs, doctor checks nasty gash on Barrera’s eye. Zoulita aggressive as action resumes, swinging wildly. Barrera’s cut could get nasty quick – Zoulikha’s head all over that thing. Barrera, 10-9 (50-44)

Round 6: Zoulikha shakes Barrera with big right-hook! What a fight here in Vegas. Zoulikha wild but hungry, tenacious. Barrera boxes back, scoring, hurting. Zoulikha showing signs of attrition, still slugging, missing. Good round for Zoulikha, but Barrera’s better works trumps. Barrera, 10-9 (60-53)

Round 7: Barrera unloading on Zoulikha – Zoulikha too tough for his own good. Barrera looking to finish. Zoulikha unsteady on his feet, could be about to go. Barrera takes another round, but can’t stop this durable opponent. Barrera, 10-9 (70-62)

Round 8: Barrera stuns Zoulikha with left-hook, dropping him soon after. Barrera bravely beats the count, but referee steps in seconds after as Barrera lands clean, hard shots. Merciful stoppage.

Result: Barrera wins via 8th round TKO
