Though Garcia acknowledged Malignaggi’s worth as a challenger, he didn’t give the Brooklyn boxer much of a chance. His prediction: Danny Garcia by 4th round knockout.
And in fairness, this probably isn’t too bold a prediction. Given Malignaggi was brutalized by a crude Shawn Porter in April 2014, a polished fighter like Garcia should be capable of achieving a similar feat.
